275,000 square feet of office space in West Palm Beach was acquired for $15 million. At time of purchase, the property was effectively 22% occupied. Upon acquisition, an innovative marketing strategy was implemented, including leasing incentives for brokers and tenants. This combined with a targeted renovation program led to an increase in occupancy to 72%. After a three year investment span, the asset was sold for $29 million.
