Biscayne Atlantic provided asset and property management services to a California based fund.  The asset is a 140,000 square foot class B office building located in Miami’s central business district. Biscayne Atlantic successfully increased occupancy in a declining market by aggressively canvassing the downtown office market and extending leases based on creative structures which provide value to the tenant as well as enhancing asset value for the owner.
